Recommend a remortgage solicitor?

Last time I remortgaged, there was a thread on here recommending online companies.

Anyone recommend a company with good fast service and reasonable costs please?

Most lenders offer fee-free remortgage deals which include free legals using a solicitor of their choice.

Are you sure you need a firm of your own?

Why do you HAVE to pay? Also you need to ensure any solicitor chosen is acceptable to the lender.

    As the situation isn't straightforward...
