Merchant Gourmet (of delicious food fame!) are offering loads of free lunches, all you have to do is say how hungry you are! it's on their facebook page and main website.

1. Open to UK residents only, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Leathams Ltd, their agents, associates and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Entry into the draw is acceptance of these terms and conditions by the participant.
3. The promotional period commences 03/09/2012 and closing date for receipt of entries is midnight 31/10/2012.
4. To enter, consumers must visit https://www.merchant-gourmet.com/liberate and answer the question: “tell us how hungry you are in one sentence” and fill out the entry form in full. One entry per person. No bulk entries will be accepted from consumer groups or third parties or those automatically generated.
5. No responsibility can be taken for entries that are lost, delayed, damaged, illegible, or undelivered for any reason. Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt or of prize entitlement.
6. The first three thousand (3,000) valid entries received will be selected as winners, under independent supervision.
7. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the initial notification the Promoter reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute winner selected at the same time as the original.
8. The prize each winner will receive is 1x 250g pouch of Merchant Gourmet Meals in Minutes Moroccan Couscous, 1x 50p voucher redeemable against purchase of a Merchant Gourmet Meals in Minutes 250g pouch.
