Rules of Win a Holiday with Crocs

Win a Holiday with Crocs ("Campaign") is organised by Crocs Europe B.V. a company incorporated under the Laws of The Netherlands having registered address Planeetbann 4, 2132HZ Hoofddorp, the Netherlands ("Organiser"). The Campaign will run for the period from 11 September to 21 October 2012 ("Campaign Period").

Prizes

One (1) first prize will be raffled among Campaign participants. Winner of the first prize may name three (3) friends who will also receive a prize. The Organiser reserves the right to raffle additional prizes amongst the participants.

First prize:

A holiday voucher for four (4) people worth €4.000 in total (the voucher will be provided by an external travel agency).

Additional prizes

The winner of the first prize and three (3) people named by the winner will be given one (1) pair of Crocs shoes each.

Personal data and registration to receive Crocs Newsletters

By entering the Campaign, you agree to these rules and as a participant ("Participant") you also agree that Organiser may use the e-mail address you provide for Organiser to send information regarding the Campaign during the Campaign Period. Participants may be referred in these rules as "Participant"or "you".

As Participant you will also be able to register to receive the Crocs Newsletter and other Crocs advertising material. Your personal data ("Data") collected for the Campaign or for receiving the Crocs Newsletter will be treated strictly in accordance with the Dutch Data Protection Act (Wet bescherming persoonsgegevens).

You have the right of access, rectification and deletion of the Data. You may exercise your right of access, rectification or deletion at any time by sending an e-mail to privacy@crocs.eu.

Entering the Campaign

Entry to the Campaign is possible during the Campaign Period via e-mail, a social utility (such as Facebook) or the Campaign website. Registering to receive the Crocs Newsletter is not a precondition for your Campaign entry. To be eligible to enter the Campaign you must be at least 18 and live in a European Union Member State. Persons under 18 may only be eligible to enter the Campaign with the consent of a parent or lawful guardian. Organizer? employees or employees of the company implementing the Campaign may not enter.

To enter you must use your name and a valid, personal e-mail address. You may only enter the Campaign once, using one e-mail address.

If you wish, you may invite friends to enter the Campaign, in which case an invitation will be sent by e-mail to the email addresses you specify, or via a social utility (such as Facebook). You will determine the invitation?s heading, most of its content, and also you may preview the invitation. You will appear as the sender of the invitation. You are responsible for the choice of email address that the invitations are sent to. You should verify the validity of the e-mail addresses you nominate. In so doing you must respect the privacy of others and refrain from inviting persons you do not personally know, or who you who would not be interested in the Campaign. The Organiser has the right to exclude you from the Campaign in the case of a violation of these rules.

The Organiser reserves the right to revise the Campaign Period. If the Campaign Period is changed, the first prize will be raffled among the Participants who are eligible at that time. The first prize will be raffled within two weeks of the end of the Campaign Period. Winners of prizes will be notified by e-mail. If the winners notified fail to confirm receipt of the e-mail and /or they cannot be reached through other contact details, within 14 days following notification, the prizes will be treated as unredeemed, any rights of Participant to the prize automatically ceases and prizes will be raffled again. The prizes will be delivered by mail, unless agreed otherwise with the winners. Participant consents to Organiser having the right to publish their name if they win a prize.

The Campaign can be used with most common web browsers and e-mail software. The Organiser and company responsible for technical implementation of the Campaign are not liable for involvement by you in social utility (such as Facebook) associated service interruptions, problems caused by, or associated with firewall, or antivirus software or other matters beyond the direct control of Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to revise these rules. These rules shall be exclusively governed by the Law of the Netherlands. All disputes arising in connection with these rules, including but not limited to disputes concerning the validity, shall be resolved by the competent courts of Amsterdam.

I have just checked and it is working fine for me.
Maybe the site was down for maintenance at that time of night? Anyway try again...
