    Hello all,

First time poster here how are we all today?

On the 13th September I applied for a loan with SpeedCredit.co.uk, which went through fine and I signed the agreement but after a few days of not receiving my money I contacted them to find out why. Their response was that they had already transferred the money into my account but there was one problem, they had the wrong sort code! I have no idea how they got this wrong when I entered my details correctly. :S

But anyway I have been trying to phone and contact them ever since with no response since their last one around 10 days ago and today I received an email from them saying payment of £253 will be taken from my account tomorrow!

I have tried phoning again and I have emailed them again for the millionth time to say I NEVER RECEIVED THE MONEY!

    What can I do here?

These people will be taking this money tomorrow and I really need help! Since I never received their money in the first place I can't afford to pay them back now!! :(

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

Cancel your card ASAP, the bank will send you another the last 3 digits on the back will be different so when they try to take money out the won't be able to as the 3 digits on the card at the moment will no longer be of use to anyone.

I have done this before and they couldn't take a dime of me
  • Oh my gosh at last a response!

cancel your card to be on the safe side.

MCO have been shut down, they had 28days to appeal.

However MCO arent the registered company for Speed CRedit i believe it is CIM tenhnologies, which are all owned by the same person.
Promo codes are never always cheaper..... isnt that right EuropCar?
  • This company is just ridiculous! Never have I dealt with such imbeciles in all my life! Look at their latest response today after the one they sent yesterday (above):
We have not received payment so your loan has been automatically extended on the same terms and conditions.

You are being charged £12 per week per £100 borrowed.

    This is now overdue.

Full payment of £ 301 needs to be received by 11.10.12.

This loan is designed as a SHORT TERM form of financing and is expensive in the long run

Please make sure that you have put aside enough by the above date to avoid further charges.

If you have already repaid and this is not reflected in the above statement please contact us so we can investigate this further and correct your file.
  • Cancel your card, That will prevent them from doing anything

The company currently no longer exists
  • Now is the time to get your money back by taking out a loan in an account with a cancelled card.... from a company about to go in the pan.

They will lend out anything in desperation

Anyone got the balls to do this?
  • My experience summed up

Call your bank... tell them they are a loaonshark company traight up and they have taken your funds without your permission

If the person is experienced enough they will refund ALL the transactions without question and you will get yoru money back..ALL of it

Then simply hang onto any you MIGHT owe in case it DOES come to court.
