i really like the colmans season and shake and maggi recipe mixes, but not sure if they are any good for me, i am trying to lose wieght and not sure of the calorie count maybe i am being a bit thick with not understanding the calories.
is there any alternatives- homemade ideas which would be less proccessed and not so many calories xxx

I haven't used those for a while, but doesn't it say the ingredients? If you could just figure out which spices/herbs they use you could recreate it
just copy them

This. I did this to create my own fajita seasoning.
Have a look at the herbs and spices in it, buy any in you haven't got add them to a bowl and add to chicken, simples lol.0
