I have looked at the other threads on this and checked the links to see if there are any but I have not found any.

As far as I can see the only one that covers your area is

Alternatively you have Difford Farm Shop in Nelson, Treharris I don't know whether they do delivery. Or you have

This might sound bonkers and somewhat against the principles of boxes but some M&S stores have started doing them and I think there's one in Pontypridd. Might be worth a try.
