Photo ID for work? Isn't that something the company should sort out?0

Is this to prove her right to work in the UK? It should have been done when she started, but if they've only just got on to doing it, then she has to comply.
However, there is no legal requirement for photo ID, that's just one of the possible options in the legislation.
If this is what it is for, she can provide birth certificate plus proof of her NI number.Cash not ash from January 2nd 2011: £2565.:j
OU student: A103 , A215 , A316 all done. Currently A230 all leading to an English Literature degree.
Any advice given is as an individual, not as a representative of my firm.0 -
Do you mean a photo ID to use at work (like a badge) or do they want to see some photographic proof of who she is for their records?Save £200 a month : [STRIKE]Oct[/STRIKE] Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr0

And if this is what it's for, a driving licence would be of no use.heretolearn wrote: »Is this to prove her right to work in the UK? It should have been done when she started, but if they've only just got on to doing it, then she has to comply.
