Don't get a Willowbrook bed.

I purchased a Willowbrook automatic/massage bed and have had a problem with it since day1.I've had engineers out 5 times to fix it and had no joy so requested a full refund but they wont give me one. I'm in the process of taking them to court.Can anyone give me any advice on the process involved?. Thanks to any responders...

  • I assume you are dealing with the people that you bought the bed from...?

    How far have you got yet? have you put a small claim in yet? I will assume not.

    You need to send them a letter before action stating the issues and that you want a full refund by x (give them 7 or 14 days) otherwise you will initiate small claims proceedings (send this via recorded so you can prove delivery).
