A timer for rodney's laptop

in In my home (includes DIY) MoneySaving
does anyone know of a timer that i can fit to my laptop ? because appartently i'm only allowed to comment on here at certain times & not 24/7 i will of course be asking the person who made the comment what times he would like me to set the timer to :T
I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.

    I wonder if that was a proper one or a DIY trying to save money but not really cause it's just cost me 10 times as much & i really should stick to things i know about version ?
