21 Days to sign and reply - quick question!!

Hi,
I had a mortgage offer / valuation report sent to me on the 29th March. I have 21 days from this date to sign and return it.
Today, I've finally found time to sit down and read through it. There is an error on the valuation report. I rang the lenders and they will be sending out another copy with the correction.
I'm sure I'm right but wanted some assurance that when I get the new copies I will get another 21 days to sign and return? Otherwise, what with Easter, I may run out of time!?
