intrest isnt always huge, but if they send you to subprime it isDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Mine is crap...I have never had credit including mortgage and mobile phone,,And my car is not on credit..so you can have a bad credit rating for good reasons..It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -

This is also true.
The reason I use credit is to rack up large bills, claim back anything business through the company (only about £2k/month of between £20-30k spend is personal) and get Avios miles in the process, which in turn racks up to about 500,000 per year, which gets my holiday paid for, all without paying a penny of interest.
It saves having large amounts of money laying around.
