Trad3ri, are you getting fees from clients i.e. trading on behalf of other people? If so, you are operating a small business of the service kind and should be registered.
Gambling, which is what binary options seem to be, is not taxable on gains made using your own money because then you would expect refunds on your losses!Who having known the diamond will concern himself with glass?
