ASDA money back glitch

No doubt it is too late now but may I ask how the ASDA glitch worked whereby people were getting free food by printing off large money back vouchers and then returning to "purchase" similar things again.

Sounds a little like the old Tesco DTD.

Has anyone done this? Is the scheme still going?
