    My wipes say " awaiting desptach " money was taken on Thursday and they are still showing as in stock on the website to new orders....will geive them a few more days

    I emailed them today chasing my orders. Had an email back to say they had run out of the Body Trios and had been awaiting more stock. My order should be dispatched 'shortly'.

    Hope everyone else gets theirs too!

    Forgot to mention that the email explained that they have changed couriers recently to DPD and the two systems have not yet been merged together, to provide the correct information as to the order status.

    I ordered the wipes and the body trio on the 25th September and have received an order confirmation email but nothing to say they have been dispatched yet, or updating me that they are awaiting stock.

    Same as above. Ordered 25th, received confirmation but no change of status since and no email to explain.

    I ordered on 25th.
    Called them up and they said it's being despatched tomorrow so should still get to me within the quoted delivery timescale.

    Just wanted to say thanks. My cream gift set turned up today despite saying awaiting despatch on website. Lovely start to my Christmas shopping as going to make up some pamper kits :T:T:T:T

    Just happened to me today! I was hopeful as I've ordered offers from them in the past and they've always honoured them, even if it takes some time. Love Elemis but it's soooo expensive. Thanks, OP :)
