MBNA charges/Bryan Carter

My MBNA card had a limit of £400, I went over by about £30 and ever since have been charged a £25 overlimit charge and a £25 late fee as iwas unable to make repayments. The debt is now in the grubby hands of Bryan Carter who have demanded £891. I paid two installments of £200 and sort of hoped that that would be the end of it. Neither MBNA nor Bryan Carter will budge and reduce the total figure so I have sent BC a letter requesting my CCA. In the meantime I'm going to try and reclaim the fees. MBNA reduced the charges to £12 in May last year so when reclaiming should I include the later charges? Everyone seems to think £12 should be the standard charge as it covers admin costs, but I never once received letters saying that I'd be charged, the charges just appeared on my statement. So what charges should I try to claim back? Eek:o
