Works Holiday help please

I started work in Aug 2011 at corals dog track doing 2 nights of 3 3/4 hour shifts, and was told as I worked 2 days i was entitled to 12 days holiday a year.
In April 2012 I started another job with corals in a retail shop working 5 days a week of 25 hours, I work both jobs every saturday, I was told I get Basic holidays plus 8 bank holidays,
I have handed in my notice in the shop. but will keep the other job, I am trying to find out how much holiday I have,
I have not taken any days off from the shop except for this week which is 5 days, even though I am off from the shop this week I still have to work at the track, and if I want holiday at the track I have to ask the manager there, and if that holdiay is a saturday I still have to work at the shop unless I have booked that off seperatly, I was told today that they have put all the holidays together, does this mean that the holidays i took at the track when i was not even working at the shop will count as shop holidays ????
