parttime job/self employed

ive been offerd a parttime job 2 days a week when kids are at school ,it only extra 50 pound a week but anything helps
its self employed ,do i need to declare to pay tax etc ,i dont claim benefits as my partner works

    yes, you do, it's the law. you have 3 months from starting self employment to register as self employed, this doesn't mean you will have to pay TAX but even if you don't earn enough to pay tax you still need to pay your stamp.

    you don't have to pay, if your earnings are low you can claim small earnings exception, although you won't get any credits towards your pension.
