BHS-£10 off Shoes + Code stacking..

Hi All!

Just went to place an order on BHS, using my Groupon £20 code, and found a Banner across top of page for £10 off a £40 spend on Shoes and Accessories. Also found a code on here for £10 off £50 spend.


Total Order = £63.00
Total Discounts = £40.00
Total to Pay = £23.00

I hope your shoes fit. Have had a nightmare with BHS customer services as the jacket I ordered for my daughter was too small. I was told I could return it and they would send me a new Groupon code so I could reorder but have been told by someone else today that this is not possible and I need to claim a refund. I am still not sure whether the refund wll be from BHS or Groupon.
You have had a great bargain though so fingers crossed you will be happy with your order.

I know I'm not on the fastest broadband (live remotely so no choice), but does anybody else find the BHS website painful frustrating and slow? I'be tried browsing for my groupon voucher on the website several times in the last week or so and I've just had to give-up. It's only this stacking that's driven me to make a purchase and I'm going crazy in the effort....

needaholiday...I purposely went into my local BHS store today to try on the shoes! (I was torn between two pairs, but when I saw the codes, I couldn't resist!) I have ordered online before and not had any problems with returns, but I understand what you mean regarding the Groupon deal. Hope you don't have unwanted problems.
Kefte....I haven't had any problems with the website, persevere!!! It'll be worth it when all the codes work for you!

I also had a nightmare with customer services. I ordered girl's pyjamas, girl's school trousers and girl's vests. The order came to £23.10. I paid £3.10. The vests sent were boys not girls, the trousers never arrived although I was charged for them and after wearing the pjs twice the stitching came apart at the cuff. I took back to store explained all this and also that it was Groupon deal, they refunded the money back onto my card, although after checking an email today from BHS confirming this, I see they only refunded me £19 (?). Hope this helps.:)

Shouldn't your refund have just been £9 cost of Groupon plus £3.10 extra you paid?
My order was £24 and I am getting £4 back off BHS and have to wait to hear about the Groupon refund.
I won't bore you with the details but I have spoken to 3 different customer sevice staff at BHS and one at Groupon and have been told something different each time!

To be honest I'm completely lost, I checked my bank account this morning and they have refunded me £15.90?!
