Can anyone tell me where I can purchase Knights Castile Handwash in a pump format rather than bars of soap?

Do you mean Knights Castile or Knights Castle - I'm not sure they're the same.
I know that Wilko used to sell a large bottle of Knights Castile cream bath, or bars of soap, but no liquid soap. However, I tend to top up my liquid soap bottle with cream bath/shower gel anyway, so if they still do it at Wilko's, it may be worth giving that a go?
edit - just see your pic - yep, that's Knights Castile. Never seen it in liquid soap before!
But just spotted this on ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/5-X-NEW-KNIGHTS-CASTILE-LUXURY-EXFOLIATING-SHOWER-CREAM-500ml-EACH-/380452260868?pt=UK_HeathBeauty_BathShowCons_RL&hash=item5894b8cc04
Exfoliating handwash? Maybe not

There's no Wilko near me but I must see if I can get it online!0 -
Coconut oil is usually a major ingredient in liquid soaps because it has a high solubility and therefore contributes to a clear soap. But it's not essential and many other oils can be used, ie some people like to make a castile (100% olive oil) liquid soap to make a mild shampoo.
Maybe worth asking here
