spare cash

I have been an a DMP with CCCS for 1 year now

i have 4 debts with 3 that have been passed onto debt collectors, and the other still with the original creditor
1. £5854 - Moorcroft (was sainsburys)
2. £4066 - SCM (TSB)
3. £3485 - Aktiv (MBUNA/Virgin)
4. £1425 - Sainsburys

Within the next month or 2 i should have a spare £850
Is there a cat in hells chance of Sainsburys accepting this as a full and final settlement? They are currently getting £15.52 a month.
I have had this credit card for around 4 years, but not used it for around 3 years.
If not, should i spread the amount around all creditors, or keep it for a rainy day

Strangely enough I had an email from CCCS (who my DMP is with) and they mentioned about sudden 'windfalls' and full & final setlements. It may be worth contacting CCCS and asking them as they may negotiate rather than you directly?
  • wouldn't cccs prefer it if i spread the cost between creditors?
