£65 for the phone and then 12 month £30 contract. Not a very good deal if your just getting it for the the sat nav but for anyone in the market for a new contract phone it's worth it.

You might be much better off going for a cashback deal from another operator.

For example:

SPV C500 @ onestopphoneshop

This is the same 12 month Orange contract, BUT the phone is free AND it looks like they'll give you 6 months cashback (£180).

You can source the full CoPilot Smartphone Live (with bluetooth GPS unit) for around £180 which leaves you £65 better off. Alternatively if you wait a few months you may be able to get hold of Tom Tom Mobile Live!

There are risks / delays involved with cashback deals, but a true MSE shouldn't have a problem with them, particularly if buying from a large mobile dealer with the financial muscle of CPW behind them!
