I wonder if anyone can help, my PPI dispute is with the ombudsman, but mbna have sold my debt onto Link financial. Can anyone advise me where I can find the template to find a CCA letter as reading other posts this seems to be something I sould ask for.
Thanks for any help.

I have received a reply from Link stating that as they brought the debt they do not hold the terms and conditions of my credit agreement and they would be in touch with mbna to get them and it could take up to thirty days. I keep getting missed calls from them. What is the best thing to do now can anyone advise. As I feel my debt is with MBNA not with Link and my agreement is with MBNA does link have the right to keep hassling me.
Has anyone else been in a similar situation and can help.0
