Quidco Cashback? Paid but I don't have it?

Hi,

I have a quidco account which I have been using for a few months now. I set it up to pay straight into my bank on whatever day they do it (last day of month?).

Looking at my earnings part it says there was a payment made on the 31st March to my account, but this is not in my bank account (Abbey), It definetely says PAID in quidco?

I looked into my settings and the bank part is blank except from my card number with the last 4 digits visible but the rest starred out.

My quidco was opened on another machine and this is my new laptop - would that have anything to do with it?

Thanks in advance :)

  • Patience, patience. Give it time. Normally take 5-7 days, and has so far only had three since the 30th.

Oh yes I forgot about the BACS problem. I didn't even realise until I checked my quidco. Every other time its only been 1-2 days after the date in Quidco. I am waiting on a big payment from them so hoping there is no settings that are missing. Should I fill in the part where it says sort code and a/c number? Currently that is blank but my card number is showing as:

xxxx 9284 (example only!) seems as if they don't have the 16 digits??

It says on my Quidco account that it was paid on the 31st March but it takes a few days to reach your account. Just logged onto online baning and it's gone in my account today. HTH

This is a standard way of showing card details on websites. Amazon/Ebay do it too. It is for security reasons. Worry not.

QUidco and Pigsback are cashback sites that allow you to earn cashback when you shop through them. You need to register your details firstly then everything you purchase something off the internet (subject to that particular retailer being set up with the cashback site) you can claim cashback on your purchase.

i.e. Register with Quidco then go to the quidco homepage and click on play.com. When you purchase something from play you get a % back on the total amount of your purchase. This money is then paid to Quidco who then pass it onto you.

    Have I confused you????
