Invest £500 in...?

Options
Hi all

I wanted to know everybody's ideas of what they would do if they had money to do something with to make more. The amount of times i've thought only if I had money to do that but I cant think of any serious ideas.

Ive got £500 I want to use to make as much as I can with. I did think of buying stuff in bulk and selling separatly but I want some other ideas.

If an idea works and I make millions i'll cut you in :D

You could always build a website, and you could be making £100-£150 a month.

Build a blog or website on something you're passionate about and either write the content yourself or get freelance writers to do it for you.

If you choose the write niche and keep people who visit interested then, you could quite easily recoup that initial investment after a few months.

  • When u say build a website, what do u mean.

Obviuolsy create one but to do what? how can it create money if you know what I mean.

Throw it into Nokia whilst the chips are down. I purchased a few grands worth of shares at $1.71 and $2.03, and took my original investment back out at $3.40 5 weeks later, and still have thousands of dollars worth of shares. Junk shares are risky, but the returns can often be huge, so long as you know when to get out (set yourself a realistic target), and Nokia is just about the safest bet to earn a quick buck. They are trading at $2.70 right now.

That's what I'd be doing with £500 right now.

Otherwise, invest it in a cash-ISA lol.

I've never bought shares...how do you go about doing it?
  • I would get into trading, it may be a risk but you have to take these in life sometimes!
