I think the answer to question 2) is First Office was located at Holmfirth, the third Office was located at Waterloo, Huddersfield

Yes: Herald of Free Enterprise. I distinctly remember this...I stopped going on RORO Ferries....

I haven't got an error....but I think I might have answered question 2 differently. I answered Holmfirth and then something like Greeway - whatever monsieur epargnant put as I think he's changed his post. Pretty sure I didn't say the third office was at Waterloo (Could be wrong...could simply have misread his post!)
