I know I may be asking a stupid question so have a tin hat prepared, but has there been any Rockys or other buscuit multipacks on offer that glitch (rather than being the cause of the glitch)?

    Many thanks

    Haha, now it appears! Yum!

It was soooo lovely :D even preferred it to the Sweet & sour 'Fanta' Chicken :D...... Here's is the recipe incase you fancied it :D

Serves 4 - 2 syns on EE an Original, 11 syns on Green (per person)

    For the Stirfry
    Frylight
500g lean beef steaks (fat removed) thinly sliced (I used Rump steak)
1 red and 1 yellow pepper deseeded and cut into 1cm pieces
4cm piece on ginger peeled & finely grated
    6 garlic cloves finely chopped
225g can of Water chestnuts, drained and sliced
8 spring onions, cut into 2cm pieces
200g pack of fresh pineapple diced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

    For the Sauce
    1 level tsp brown sugar
    2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
3 tbsp Chinese rice wine (i forgot to buy this so didnt add it)
    3 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
    175ml Beef stock
2 tbsp of Passata (I used more)
1 level tbsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp cold water

    Method
Spray a large non stick wok with Frylight and place on high heat

Add the beef, peppers, ginger and garlic and stirfry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the water chestnuts, spring onions and pineapple and fry for 30 seconds

Add all the sauce ingredients and bring to the boil

Reduce the heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes

Season & Serve immediately with rice or cooked dried noodles

It is lovely but I found it wasnt sweet enough (possibly as I didnt have the Chinese rice wine???) so added a few spoons of sweetner and it was perfect :D HTH x
