I'm surprised they allowed that comparison really. Asda SP eggs are from caged hens; Sains are barn eggs. Different quality of product.

I meant when the meat is cooked it will give off a small amount of fat, do what I said about the bed of veg but pop it into a pan and cover tightly with foil and cook in a low oven
