Just had another go with BS order, regret not writing down the perfumes I tried yesterday in store and liked!:o
Have ordered a mask which I really wanted to try and one of their 'Love' perfumes.

Yep, whilst our As don't open to 1.00pm, we are lucky that our PO also opens on a Sunday for a few hours.

Well they couldn't fix the projector at the cinema, so everyone was offered a refund & a free cinema ticket.
When they went to process our refund they said as we had used e-vouchers we could only get the free ticket, nothing for the ticket we had just wasted.
So i had to argue with the manager to get a ticket for the afternoon screening of the film, aswell as the free ticket that everyone else had been given, he finally gave in.

Thank you jamsponge. I've left a comment and also got my DH to leave one too. I really hope something can be done to spare them this unnecessary suffering. It really breaks my heart when I hear about what they go through and actually makes me cry. They were born free and that's how they should spend their lives.
