If the item is not expensive (under about £40) then just get proof of postage, then if they say the item never got there, you can claim from Royal Mail. If it is worth more than that, the only way that you are truly covered is with special delivery. HTH
It's better to send recorded as it does make people think they can't get away with stealing as much, definatly under £46 send recorded..
I send anything over £30 by special deliveryI always take the moral high ground, it's lovely up here...0 -

I think the hair combs could be the problem, so then you only have 7 different items.0 -

Did you mean you tried the coke glitch or is this normal shopping, the coke glitch stopped at the beginning of this weekI always take the moral high ground, it's lovely up here...0 -
I am just fine, thanks for asking.
4 shops? Bloody hell. How do you manage them? I'm doing 1 every 4 days and I feel like I am being watched. You and some of the others on here are ever so brave.
Think next week I shall do a shower gel and handwash shop. Keep the suggestions coming peeps and peepesses.
I am only managing to go at the weekends due to work so am doing 2 shops when I do go, I just use the divider and use an apg on each shop. No problems so far doing this.0 -
Got trouted to day in woodchur** road.
Manager said from now on only one voucher per day she had decided this yesterday.
This was at self service I was unfortunate to have trout who scrutinised bill and muttered and added up everything she was quite nasty.
I gave her the letter saying they should honor vouchers and put them on card if necessary, she said
this could be from anyone as its not even got a letter heading
I replied sweetly "oh Joan Happy to help you could always ringt he telephone number on the letter"
She snarled " we have all got that on our badges - you will have to wait for the manager"
Manager reported that system was changing and we would have to wait 24 hours for apg to be input shortly.
She also said that the Birkenh**d store had stopped taking them altogether as they thought people were printing off false APGs.
I rang them up with a tale and CS confirmed this.
Any one know any different. ?0 -

I know some people use their phone apps (I don't have this) but others must be using it on the computer. I have tried clearing cache and cookies but computer still says NO!
When I originally entered my details for APGs I used Internet Explorer. When I got the message saying exceeded £100 whatever I did (delete cookies, reboot router.... I could not get it to print.
I then did what I think neosi and others said. I used Google Chrome and it worked. Every time I open up Google Chrome I press the Shift+Ctrl+N which brings up an incognito window and enter my details and it prints. If I have more than one APG to do in a day I will make sure I close the Google Chrome window and re-open it and press the Shift+Ctrl+N again. Occassionaly I still get the "you have exceeded the £100 limit" in Google Chrome. I just go into the spanner icon (top right hand corner) click on tools, clear browsing data and make sure I delete the cache and cookies. I then close and re-open Google Chrome, start again and it prints.
Sorry if this sounds complicated. It really isn't. Give it a go!0 -
