Drink some milk, this will help ease the muscle pain, it's what rugby players do :)

    well done, brilliant cause :T:T

    thanks Hun

have to admit I have always been fit and done a bit of running and not did too badly at it. but havent been able to lately due to circumstances and I really did feel out of shape today!

I have a glass of milk now....I drink it anyway. I drink a pint of milk with my tea every night, no matter what we have to eat. my OH thinks it's bizzare.

thanks issyc but it's ok i'm a big girl
I really don't wish to have to defend myself but it seems locarr is the big hero and no-one dare interfere:( An uncomortable eerie silence after locarrs post. I don't wish to bring the thread down into arguments however I do feel i need to defend myself here

the comment i posted about locarr starting the apg thread was said as a compliment to him but again he uses it to have a dig.

Instead of posting the extremely hurtful upsetting comment he made (which many people I considered friends on here chose to thank) he only had to pm me or report my post and i could have we could have sorted it out. IMHO his comment was unfounded and if you lot can't see the irony in his comment then:(:(:(

I have stopped airing my personal problems on this thread and don't wish for sympathy or thanks for any of my posts, I go out to post my finds as quickly as I can and answer questions to the best of my ability because I love helping people as do most of the posters on here. However I do have a slight tongue in cheek type personality, if that is misunderstood then sorry.

If I have said anything to offend anyone I apologise too
Finally you have 2 choices you miserable lot either love me or you love me:D:D:D:p:p:p:p

it was a big thing for him. he hasn't left the house since he got home other than hosp appts. so I'm very proud of him. he didn't stay long, I found him hiding in a friends car afterwards, but yeh it was nice he thought of me, and the kids who did the walk as well and made an effort. first time in ages today I felt like for a little while we had him back IYKWIM

    hi guys

been trying to catch up for ages but only on page 295, seriously thinking of just skipping most of the rest.

got a total random question that has nothing to do with shopping but just wondering......

......is anyone here an F1 fan?

Me me me!!! I noticed for the first time today that Asda radio (yeah, I never heard it before either) has a news bulletin on the hour...how kind of them since I don't have time to check the news cos I'm busy APGing :D That's where I heard the LH/MS news!
