Please stop bickering! The ethos of this site is be nice to all moneysavers.

I do my best to keep this thread on track but TBH it is getting to be a nightmare lately. All the aggravation and arguments, bickering and unpleasant comments will only lead to the thread being CLOSED, possibly permanently, if it continues. <shakes head>
The trouble with the internet is people can and do take things the wrong way all the time.
No facial expressions to be checked and smilies are not the same as they can and do get misconstrued.
Plus some people do become larger than life and like to voice their opinions from the top of the monitor over and over .
There is no end to it online till it is lost, which it sounds like it could well be on here unless we all calm down.
There is no point, if you are that way inclined online where you think right I need to chill now as this is becoming dangerous, because you are not ever going to meet that person and if you did unless they had their forum name on a little badge you would just pass them by in the street anyway.
Its a bit like people in cars only magnified some people feel they can shout whatever obscenities and throw gestures because they are in the protection of their car. I reckon 99%+ would not dream of it if someone cut them up whilst walking but in the car they feel safe.
I have not posted as such for a few days because been busy at work and saw myself how posts can be misread or should I say read differently to how I meant it.
Too many bad things going on in the world to get into a long drawn out argument over insert any little thing here I am afraid.
Long may this thread last have no chance of reading all the posts so when there are for instance 30+pages I read every second page hoping anything important will be quoted :D oh and hopefully the bar will be open tomorrow as it has been a long week for me
When The Fun Stops Stop ;)
  • I should have waited for the postie before going to Tesco this morning.

Really enjoyed handing over a £15 apg (capped as went to £15.08!) and 22p to get a load more Pears today. Managed 3 shops and a £4 womble, so got 4 APG's to use today.

Have noticed that it tends to be the same SA's on the SS every day, whilst the till SA's change more.

Yep the SS tills are normally the same staff, 1 of mine is lovely, I have put her name for collegue of the month, another 1 keeps my receipt and says she needs to show it to the manager, he then comes over says they need a photocopy of my receipt.

Oh well time to pop to Mr A, top up on my cereals and cleaning.

There are some really lovely people on this thread, you know who you are :T

My youngest son went AWOL today, missing since 10.30 - its as bad as one of the cats going missing :rotfl:Not answering his phone or replying to text. If he is not back by 6 I am going to cause an outrage by ringing the place he was supposed to be going to this morning - he only passed his test a month ago so he could be in a ditch anywhere between there and here.

Anyway to take my mind off this situation I have written a T list to use some MOCs and also get an TPP hopefully. I am really quite excited about it which is ludicrous

All have a price difference T being more expensive than A

    Red Square (metro print offs)
Ariel stain remover, trigger pack (car MOC)
    Beans (facebook voucher)
Greens desserts - Caramelle and Lemon pie
Tesco free from yogurts £1 - I have some Bzz MOCs
Lenor - Pearl and Moonflower £1.50 (hopefully I can use both the car vouchers and the magazine ones)
    Lenor fresh air - £1.50

Has anyone got any other suggestions. I have all of my SSM vouchers to use, waiting for the right time.

All those that disagree carry on bickering .

Well said. Then the thread should hopefully return back to its old caring self. :)

I read this and all I can see is blah blah blah blah blah.

    Just shut up!!!!!!!!!!
You really are boring now. Nobody cares if they are on your ignore list. If they do care then God help them.

You act like you think your delboy.

You're just some man that happened to be here when a big glitch kicked off and steal peoples lists to make your own list then give the impression you know everything about it.

    Snore zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz snore.

You act as if you're helping the "newbies" when actually a lot of them have been out with your list and got it WRONG!
P.s: please don't put me on ignore. I don't think I could handle being on another ignore list the trauma each time is just too much to handle. *Rolls eyes*
Well said Tricia :T I think it's appalling him speaking to the press, paid or otherwise, it's just wrong. And to manipulate the newbies into thinking the regulars are pointing them in the wrong direction    just so he can take them under his wing or should I say ego. It certainly must be big enough now to fit a fair few under.
