Yesterday another mini troutings even though I'd chosen my till boy well. I think he was put out anyway as I gave him mocs as well but the main problem was after he scanned my APGS he kept my receipts - he said this was to prevent re use but as they normally mark the receipts afterwards this made no sense.

He said the recs go in the bin afterwards which I was not happy about, can't check them against my statements at the end of the month, my bank details on them etc

I wish now I'd used up my collection of mini APGS - that would have clogged his till up, various sizes and shapes all with foot long recs to go with them.

So I rang APG HQ from ohs mobile afterwards and they are having a word with this store.

I've got an old "coke" receipt from last week when the offer was running, I've fed it into APG at the time but it said not enough items, I then forgot about it but just found it in my bag and double checked the receipt and there are 11 items, with 8 different product codes?

Anyone else had similar? Is it worth contacting them now that the offer is over? Just wondered if it checked against the time of purchase or the time you feed it into APG?

I have a confession
I am so far behind on this thread i don't think i will ever catch up. I am starting afresh from today and will skim read as much as i can. Life keeps getting in the way of me parking my butt and having a rest. :eek: I know, its just wrong ain't it:D

I did a couple of mixed shops last night, v late and pleased to report that cleaning, cereal, kipling, baby and jf poo all work still.
Nice apgs of just under the cap, couldn't check them till this morning and had a couple of bad dreams about messed up shops but all is ok.
