Morning!!!
I have just had the worst 4 hours ever
Spent all day collating all the offers at S and had the "perfect" list, so made a plan of action for the evening from leaving work to getting home, reakoned I should be home with feet up by 8.....yeah right
Took nearly 2 hours to get back from work due to an accident which meant I couldn't actually go home, had to go straight to the airport to pick the mother up and was 45 mins late, whilst driving back to the house and sitting in traffic somebody went up my a*se ( no damage thankfully) after dropping the mother off went running out the door to do A shop and was so busy thinking about the time and accident I didn't notice the cop car behind me, got done for speeding, thankfully nothing more then a severe dressing down anyway off I go again, slowly, I get to the shop list in hand, I'm half way round the store got all my shopping to that point on my list and then suddenly realised I was in bl00dy T's, left shopping in the middle of the aisle and made a quick dash to A's, they didn't have a pears product in sight and nothing in the witch line, now my carefully compiled list is up the spout, not that it made any difference as of the 22 items on it they didn't even have half of it, went to pay and got major trouted, knew I would it was a £43+ apg but after 40 mins they take it, get a call from OH to meet him at T to do a "real" shop and only in the door a couple of mins when a staff member comes up and says quite sarcastically " we still have your trolley of shopping from earlier" omg I could have died
Eventually got home at 10pm and had my dinner at 10.30
But on the bright side my test shop produced a very interesting result, had a choice of 4 apg's ranging from £9+ to £21+ (capped at £15) and as soon as I work out how to post the results from my iPhone I will post them, if I can't do it it will have to be tomorrow
Sorry, but that bit made me :rotfl: Hope it's a better day for you tomorrow; the things we do for a bargain, eh?!0 -
Down at the bottom of the garden, amongst the birds and the bees
Sorry, hang on a minute. I'm getting myself confused. Thats where I find the Poddington Peas
:rotfl:

I went with a well known trigger item+ 5 baby lotions 500ml and other same price shopping/sp stuff to make 10 diff items (belt and braces approach
).There are a couple of lists flying around the thread today with more variety of items- just as long as they compare with W's you should be ok, and the right quantities.

I was in Pontprennau Asda, Cardiff doing exactly that, was it at the Pentwyn store you saw them pick up the soap? BTW does anyone know if there is a Cardiff Asda that stocks the Shower Gel??? And hello back if u were at Pentwyn. NB found one of the 2p Toothbrushes, so thanks to whoever posted that, it will come in handy for the Operation Christmas Child Shoe boxes I do every year.
Thanks to everyone on here, managed to get some of the 4p socks too, so thanks to whoever posted them too.
No, It was down the bay. If I can afford the bus i'll check out Leckw1th for the shower gel

For anyone skimming, or unsure, or not searching, or half reading posts, or not writing notes, or getting confused, or not reading back.....
It is the Johnsons glitch in W that is still on. The Johnsons glitch in S is now finished
Just thought I'd say incase someone goes out on an S shop and whines that "I was told the glitch was still on but it wasn't".
Just updated my post0 -

You're right I was being nice and polite for a change.
If it wasn't for all the whinging and lack of a sense of humour today i would have actually posted "Really, are you sure you are not misinforming?"
Why? Because based on experience I have serious doubts that this one item has stopped working
ETA: I have no problem with being proven wrongApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

Me too. So thought I'd take us back down the route of being humourous yet informative0 -

Thanks for getting back, just worked out my list for tomorrow, hopefully got it right. :TI, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.
