Im sitting here wonding if Im a newbie (because Im not a regualar/frequent poster, and not 'in with a crowd' or and oldie (because Ive been part of MSE, if not these threads for a while)

And do yuo know what, Ive decided that it doesnt/shouldnt really matter.

Some people get on, some dont, some are right, some are not, its life, its individual opinion, and its what makes life interesting. (if not a little annoying at times!):D
I don't think its a matter of length of time on the thread, its more about attitude.
Being able to name the first post that went off topic (baked potatoes anyone:D?) or who had a cupboard full of the wrong type of soup because it had red on the tin (same person strangely enough :rotfl:) Caring and showing support in times of crises is what this thread is about, and if we can swap information about glitches then that's a bonus imho
Couldn't think of anything witty to say so just keeping the space until I can :(

I've looked at loads of makes. We're fussy though! (not with the make but the specs and price. I though the one I found on amazon, (link in my previous post) seemed like a good price. But no scart sockets!! :rotfl:
Sorry if this has been mentioned, I'm on catch up as usual, but the tv you mentioned in the link does have a scart ,according to the spec on amazon.

Have you been in the bar a while ?:rotfl:

Where do you get the fab smilies?

Oh i wish. Funny enough another lady at my work says that she normally sees him in the mornings. Maybe Lois Lane works in the building opposite. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
If it was him then he really needs to iron his cape though, all scrunched up, I would have expected better from a super hero! :rotfl:

    Are you watching question time?:rotfl:
  • Pauled would you post the comparison if it works please?

Or has anyone else tried it?

One of these would sit beautifully on my kitchen windowsill to use as a handwash dispenser.

On the subject of handwash - a note of warning not to be as daft as me... Instead of buying shower gel decided to economise and use the Palmolive handwash as seem to have a few in stock :) Just assumed any liquid soap would be similar. Unfortunately it set off the most intensely itching & irritating reaction so bad that I scratched until I bled whilst asleep :(

    Evening everyone,

I missed out on the clearasil dispenser thing while I was on hols a few weeks ago, but think I'd like one now and got enough cereals and iams!

I thought it'd finished as doesn't seem to get mentioned but see its still on 3for2 at sainsbobs, so if I bought

    1 witch stick thing
    1 clearasil disp
    1 clearasil refill

Anyone see why that may not work? All match and compare on msm.

    Thanks In advance :)

The photo doesn't offend me as I don't understand it. I've tried blowing it up but it's too unclear.
    I'm a bit slow tonight

BTW if you are reading Jumblejack, come back I need you.

I've bought half a dozen pun nets of nectarines or 3p each. Just wondering if I can use them with the Alibali to make a tasty drink for Christmas

    Where are you JJ:)

    evening all :)

don't know how to say this, but i've cheated on mr A with mr T tonight :eek::eek::rotfl:

thank you FloFlo for Lindt DTD post, found 1 strip today in my local. CS guy didn't even go to check, just gave me a refund. So the strip with £1 SEL is still there. And he didn't mark my receipt either, but there's no way i'm giving up chocolate! :EasterBun

thank you Snap-Ant, I am now a proud owner of white Kenwood hand mixer. Couldn't see any choppers though.

Found girls Mega Bloks 70 pieces bag mixed bc 3158 fro £3.50 mixed in with the current bags on sale at full price.

No 4p socks - shelves where empty & no 10p sellotape, but plenty of 10p A4 files.

No wombling for me - car park is very clean.

Happy Birthday wishes to all who celebrated today. :bdaycake::bdaycake::bdaycake:

Tiger big hugs - it's not going to be like this forever, although at the moment it may feel like it! Getting some "me" time is important, hopefully your OH will co-operate more .... searching for the appropriate bat smiley...
