I have just started to try and catch up on some of the posts, backwards, and noticed the bit I have bolded in your post.

Asda cs have an 0800 number - 0800 952 0101 and on the utilities and mobile section of mse there is a link to a free number for 0800 calls (0800 buster) - if I remember rightly it is sent to you straight away and you dial it first followed by a hash then enter the 0800 number, you want to call, and it is free :j.
