rhosynbach wrote: »hi hope everyone is well hugs to all those that need them
had a really bad day started of ds3 kickied a doorway while running through the house and spent the morning at a and e luckily nothing broke but still very sore
then my mum went home to find out our very old pony had died we have had him since i was 11 so i grow up with him and he was the same age as me 44 so a very good age for a pony, and every year we say to the kids he will not survive the winter and he does so was a shock for him to go so suddenly.
ds1, ds2 and dd2 went and buried him for her and as dd1 is expecting her lovely partner went and helped they are all teens and early 20s and offered to do it in the rain and mud it was such a wonderfull thing for them to do. and i am proud of them all..:A
then as ds1 was about to go home his wife phoned the house 2 away from them is on fire badly 3 fire engines , 3 police cars and 2 ambulances so he has rushed home to see if everthing is ok. as there house is full of smoke.
i pray that the family all got out and are ok..
sorry to bring the thread down xxx
OMG, what a horrible day.
I hope your sons foot is not too painful.
So sorry to hear about your donkey. Sounds like he had a lovely long life though. It was so loving of your children to lay him to rest, bless them. :A
I hope that everyone evolved in the fire are ok.N1LDA0 -
thx hun, nothing too serious but it just hasn't stopped all day, it started with a 2 hour journey to work, usually takes 15-20 mins, then it was 1 step forward 8 steps back at work then came home and the food and mess fairies have been in, (ask the kids who's eaten this, who's left this here etc and get the response "i don't know, not me") but i've calmed down a bit now thx x
Glad you are feeling better. It seems as you had one of those days where nothing went right.
Tomorrow will be a much better day, Budgie is sure of this.
Night Night and Celebrate you should be in bed too.

shimmering key for your help in trying to narrow it down.- So think deffo fudge not compared but there must also be something else as I had mor than 8 items.
- Yes my rice pot does have numbers 5012 6866 but it is on the pot and not a stick on one. I also had another shop with a rice pot that had this barcode that did compare .... so not looking like its that.. (there are 10 pages I haven't caught up with yet so apologies if I've missed something- it takes over your life).
- So cross that this store didn't have flumps and other chocs, my usual fillers - and yes budget babe I normally do 10 but not on this one pooh! Put mushy peas in my other shop but thought three tins of mushy peas within harvest festival donation would be kicking the ring out of it so's to speak - so supplemented it with Asda mash and smart price potatoe - they are both on list of 20 fillers.
- Which brings me back to the Aussie 3 minute miracle deep conditiioner appearing as a hair product rather than a conditioner on the receipt. Has anyone else had this item compare and if yes did it appear on receipt as a conditioner or as above? This is my favourite theory.
Once again thanks for everyone's help everyone is so helpful and ..... to quote Toyah "Its a mystery, its a mystery.." Thanksbargainhuntergill wrote: »This happened to my wine shops. Really cant see what the problem could be.
I do however remember one time they had the bonus £5 offer on and the not enough item message came up for me, had loads of things on the receipt ( well about 15 ) in-store CS tried to fob me off by saying only grocery was compared, they told me haircare, toiletries and frozen wouldn't show up as they weren't grocery !! I refused the CS excuse and got them to call the APG team, they couldn't understand it, I emailed them a copy of my receipt and they sent me a giftcard but never did get an explanation, so i reckon every so often there is a blip.0 -
I'm only just catching up again! Can you believe DH wanted dinner again tonight?!! How rude!! :rotfl::rotfl:Call_of_Trouty wrote: »I didn't ask about the time frame on the scan, was a bit shocked that he didn't find anything wrong.
Yes they are 500/30I take it they don't do anything stronger ?
COT, sorry to hear you're still in so much pain. As far as I know 500/30 co-cods are the strongest they do, but it's definitely worth asking your GP for something stronger. It sounds like they'll find something on your scan so you're unlikely to be on them for a long time. I can really sympathise with being in pain a lot, it's not nice.I can only take tramadol now really because of all the stomach problems I've had, but I'd say they were definitely more effective than co-codamol in my opinion.
Hope they get on with your scan quickly and sort you out.Gwrys yn Kernow! :j0 -
A hungry termite walks into a pub and says, ‘Is the bar tender here?’
Absolutly love it!
having been hit by termites in Brunei I can attest to anything "tender" being eaten - including all my husbands artwork on his records being completely eaten!!!! - needless to say we didn't bring them home - and our whole shipment had to be fumigated before we came back!!!0 -

One of tonights shops, fillers removed. Interesting that the McCains Home Roasts are N/A, were £1 a bag and used the 50p off vouchers from the coupon thread, a good filler.
Messed up with the morning bars, will know for next time.
I've been skipping today, so sending hugs to all in need.

rhosynbach - very sorry to hear about your beloved pony, he was obviously a cherished family pet. It will be a comfort that he went peacefully and without pain, I know what it is to lose a beloved animal and there's no pain like it ((((hugs)))) honey xxxxNo Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2023

Oh know that is awful. I know that we moan about the bugs and spiders that we have here but we are so lucky compared to other countries. I would really cry if they got to my scrapbooks. I have been doing them for years and they have so many memories.
Well before the bar gets eaten, shall I get me and you a snifty one? Shush dont tell anyone else though. When I grow old, I dont want people thinking "what a sweet old lady" I want them to think
