  • A quick update

    The consultant had a prod around and apparently it's not a hernia, it was one of my pistachios :eek:

    He said no need for a scan just carry on as normal , so I said I can't carry on as normal if I can't even walk a hundred yards without being in agony, and the co-codamol i'm taking hardly touches the pain.
    So he is sending me for a scan.

    I just hope the scan shows something .

    Sorry to hear it wasn't what was expected. Fingers crossed you get your scan sorted soon and it shows up an easily fixed problem :)

    I didn't ask about the time frame on the scan, was a bit shocked that he didn't find anything wrong.
    Yes they are 500/30 :( I take it they don't do anything stronger ?

    30/500 , I don't think so mate , I find if I have a day or 3 off (difficult when in discomfort) they seem to kick in a bit better then .
    I understand your shock , a sensitive area , let's hope it's quick for you .

    Sorry, haven't seen the mop but thought I should warn you Westies have the glitch sussed :eek:

    Girl on till said management told them it's a Tesco strategy selling cheap shampoo to make Asda look dearer:rotfl:

    I felt it was my duty to point out that I hadn't bought shampoo and it was a Waitrose comparison;)

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Bless them, they do try! I was served by a woman last night who seemed to know a fair bit. She didn't understand it but did say she'd had a non-English speaking couple who were trying to glitch but ran into trouble with H&S poos not working the way they thought. She also mentioned baby food working then when she saw my APG receipt she commented on cereals & cleaning stuff. I pointed her to hukd as the font of all knowledge :D

    Managed to get a £20ish APG put onto a gift card last night after a call to Asda House. Almost got trouted later using another £20ish APG when the SV returned with the infamous memo stating £15 max. I pointed out the date the cap came in and the date of my shop so they realised their error and put it through.
