i think you will end up loosing 50p on the wul as it comapes at 1.50 at asda and 2.00 at wait. I might be wrong thou

Yes, I think you might be right. Unless the APG thinks the wipes are £2.98, when in fact they only cost me £1.50 .... i'll try it later and report back. :)

Thanks, could you post the results of your shop please, did the rest work ok?
  • Oh, forgot to mentioned, I wombled a receipt at Ts yesterday with 160 unclaimed points on.

Stopped wombling in my local some time ago after enlisting the help of my DS. He got a bit carried away one day after learning that we could get a nice little reward if we collected the rubbish other shoppers did not want.

He went on a wombling spree around SS and up the exit isle while I was paying for my shopping. Next thing I know he is running down the exit isle towards me with arms in the air, fists full of receipts, shouting to me at the top of his voice "look mum I found loads of them to check". He was absolutely delighted, I on the other hand, wanted the ground to open up and swallow me.

We've had a couple of discussions about being discrete since then lol

result....yes my son used to raid the bins between the self serves. Same stuffed pockets...but usually only 2 to 10 points per stub.

160 is a good result.....they seem be thin on the ground these days. Hopefully running up to Christmas they will be less diligent with their cleaning routines! :) .... hope so, tosco paid for two first class BA returns for us this year.....needing the same for 2013!
  • Henlan, my comment was a joke in reference to being able to work and shop while looking after a family. Combine two of them i.e. work and shopping and it would explain how you manage to do something my mind simply boggles at. I really was not having a dig at you. Just trying to keep the mood on the thread light hearted :)

I think he works for a company whose products are sold by the supermarkets, hence he said the supermarkets are the customer.
A friend of mine dated a guy who worked for P&G, his job was to sell the products to tesco and then check that they were promoting them correctly. I think he does something like this, but im probably completely wrong as i never guessed czercys job correctly. :p
  • Sorry guys, I am a late comer to the party...... Quick Question...

If All I am doing is getting a voucher for money back on the different why don;t I just buy the product at the Supermarket where it is cheaper in the first place?
    I don't think you used a trigger item ??
