Yes you do enter the details of the receipt online. However, you have to wait until the next day, sometimes longer for the voucher. Ts can be unreliable on thier comparrisons, I think I am correct in saying they use a manual process and an item can compare one day and for no apparent reason come back as N/A the next.
The Price Promise function can be found as a link on www.tesco.com, it is located at the bottom of the home page listed with a number of other hyperlinks.
I hope this makes sense but if you need me to clarify further, let me know. I need to log off in a minute as I am about to help my DS with his homework.
BBL everyone, play nice please

Modern society I'm afraid is way too short sighted and greedy.
IF people like henlans had reigned themselves in and everyone just got what they needed, this glitch would still be under asda's radar and would be for months and months to come!
Utter tripe... do you think they really are that thick?0 -
Just done a interview for the dailymail
Looks like the public have had their say. the top rated comment on the article is "As usual, the greedy ruin it for the rest." with 399 votes over the next comment at 101.
So thats the verdict folks.. greedy as charged.I'm sorry, these vouchers are only exchangeable for abuse!0 -

Had a quick flick back and I am not willing to go any further back. If I have missed anything vital I am sure I will find out.
One thing I did see was a discussion close to my heart about over-cleaning. When my kids were little they used to get chucked outside in all weathers and had to be hosed down before they came back in. They are not allergic to anything other than sitting still, they are both very healthy and fit young adults.
I have a friend who insists on everything being clean. She has young kids as well as older kids. They are developing various allergies and she has developed several food intolerances.
Allergies are becoming more and more prevalent as companies are pushing the "need" to be clean to keep healthy, when it is really the other way round.
I truly believe that the most likely end of the human race will be through being too clean and not developing immunities to bugs when young, illnesses are often more serious in adults than in children, and the lack of people being immune to bugs allows the bugs to become stronger and develop further.
Rant over!
Totally agree with you. We buy sprays for the benches & constantly kill all the good bacteria that is used to build our immune system up. In my opinion, the only place that needs this cleaning / sterilizing (bleach) is the bathroom/toilet/sinks. Keep your cloths clean & the rest should take care of itself.
You are stopped eating nuts when pregnant then wonder why so many children develop nut allergies.
We used to play in the garden then eat our sandwiches on a pic-nic with no need to gel our hands - again immune system buids up. A little dirt does you no harm & actually strengthens the body against germs (in my opinion).0 -
