  • Evening JH2. The pizza and ice cream compares at the full price in Ts against a lower price at S, although you actually pay an offer price of £5 in Ts.

Ts compare their prices agains other supermarket websites not MSM though. Check which of the pizzas and icecream in the offer are also listed on Ss website.

Hope I've got this right, not been to Ts for a little while now so a little rusty lol.

Also note that Ts cap their Price Promice AKA Price Porkies or PPs at £10.

My Ts does not take APGs but I believe some do, I am sure someone else can give you more details on this.

    HTH

so do i have to bring the receipt home and print off a voucher like the apg's = sorry to be thick

    I think the weetabix 72's aren't on offer in W's so probably wouldn't compare...unless anybody's noticed otherwise?
Compared for me about 3 days ago.
Please can anyone tell me if they have tried the packs of Wotsits yet?? And do I need to buy 2 packs of the snapjacks with 2 multipacks of walkers??

  • So shocked to see 'one of our own' bring us down, shame on you henlans.
    Such a greedy attention seeker.
I only done one shop and was pleased to have a discount on my next shop.
    Not MSE at all!!

I see you manage to the amount you wanted!!!

Why is he greedy?.... people have had about 3 weeks to do this glitch and could well have got as much as him if they wanted.

People have said they have got 10 boxes of this and 15 boxes of that, are they greedy two????

Asda have known about this for ages Henlans has not 'brought t down'

The only difference that Adsa have made is to cap the vouchers to £15, this will just stop the 'greedy' people.

So in your eyes, Henlans has really done well to stop the greedy people you hate.

I for one think that because the press have got hold of this story now and people higher up have to be seen to be doing the right thing it could mean that this thread is closed. Most of us know what the Asda glitch is all about now so wouldnt it be better to end the subject for now and get back to what this thread used to be about, everyday life plus the odd new glitch now and then.I just think it would be such a shame to close a thread that means so much to a lot of people.

Rubbish it's win win win for Mr A, just a shame someone's ego got them to go to the press, when the press were already here watching after the online versions of the papers going live.

I think you lost what little respect you had around here when you went running to the press with your story. :(

possibly so. All that is left to be asked if what on earth henlans motivation was in doing this. Still no good wil come of it in that rag thats for sure.
I'm sorry, these vouchers are only exchangeable for abuse!
  • Just ran across the road to Mr T's and automatically added flumps, tangfastic etc etc lol......

Please quote someone teacher bashing instead of someone giving help and their support and then i'll agree with you .
I haven't seen any negative comments against teachers , far from it ..

No just the usual at the first sign of a problem at school the example given is that the teachers aren't doing enough. I could give many more examples where a child is disruptive because of a poor home life but would posting an example of one of those helped?

Seems a lifetime since we were down there, I agree with you, why do it, self importance.

  • Good evening.

Had a quick flick back and I am not willing to go any further back. If I have missed anything vital I am sure I will find out.

One thing I did see was a discussion close to my heart about over-cleaning. When my kids were little they used to get chucked outside in all weathers and had to be hosed down before they came back in. They are not allergic to anything other than sitting still, they are both very healthy and fit young adults.

I have a friend who insists on everything being clean. She has young kids as well as older kids. They are developing various allergies and she has developed several food intolerances.

Allergies are becoming more and more prevalent as companies are pushing the "need" to be clean to keep healthy, when it is really the other way round.

I truly believe that the most likely end of the human race will be through being too clean and not developing immunities to bugs when young, illnesses are often more serious in adults than in children, and the lack of people being immune to bugs allows the bugs to become stronger and develop further.

    Rant over!
