I bought 1 pack of rocky biscuits and 3 packs of batteries and there are 3 packs of batteries on my receipt but when i enter the receipt into the price checker there are only 2 packs showing and 1 pack was 80 p and the the other 1 is full price i dont know why
Check the barcodes. I bought AA with b/c ending 2562 and these worked but the AAA had b/c ending 5570 which didn't show. They're best before 2017 but when I looked in Ts the same batteries were best before 2018 and had a different barcode. I just wonder how MSE will react to the fact, that a post one of their
forums, that contains a confidential Asda memo, is now in the hands of the
newspapers.:(
I know it was removed from the thread very quickly but it still managed to
end up in Mail report.:(
I don't think they will be impressed with that.0 -

In recent months, this new human coronavirus was also identified in a patient with acute respiratory illness in Saudi Arabia, who subsequently died.
Coronaviruses are causes of the common cold but can also include more severe illness, such as the virus responsible for SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome). This new virus, however, is different from any that have previously been identified in humans.:eek:

It wasn't confidential, otherwise it would say so on it. I'm not saying it was a great idea, but is was in essence a press release, so can't see there being any issues with it. It got the info to the customer faster than Asda themselves did anyways!0 -

Dear Mr Tesco,
I write to you from the World Famous 11+ thread off of MoneySavingExpert.com (That Martin Lewis chaps website).
We have recently liberated thousands and thousands of pounds worth of merchandise at knockdown prices from one of your rival competitors, Mr Asda. They are literally letting us walk out of the shop after paying for shopping with little computer printouts, and then using the receipts we get to print more. It is just like printing Asda Pounds off your computer.
Anyway, as we are World Famous, the pesky press have been writing stories on us, and have had a little chat to Mr Asda about the whole thing.
Mr Asda says we are "A really savvy bunch of shoppers" and the fact we have generated over 2 million views regarding this is "a PR coup".
At the 11+ we are a caring sharing bunch, and don't like it when just one company gets to receive the benefits of our attention, so I am writing to you wondering if you would also like to take part in our "PR coup".
At this moment in time we would be greatful if you could arrange glitches on the following items:
Clothing, especially umbrellas and winter coats, hats gloves etc. But we are OK for mens socks
Toys (for the kids, christmas is coming),
Dishwasher tablets (ours are lovely and clean already, just need something to clean the dishes),
Laundry detergent, (cos we like clean clothes)
Shower gels/soap etc (we have lovely clean hair, but the rest of us needs to be clean too),
Beer, wine, spirits etc (for christmas and any day with a "y" in it)
Chocolate (no explaination needed)
Christmas gifts (again, self explanitory).
Whilst we do not wish to appear greedy, if you could arrange for any/all of the above, as well as any other items that you think we would appreciate, then we would make sure that Mr Asda is not alone in the "PR coup" that we have created,
Kind Regards,
The 11+.

just noticed this on the dm page
Asda limits customers to ten vouchers a month and not exceeding £100, which makes spending hours trying to beat the system pointless, except how to avoid limits is part of the game.
Savvy shoppers have found that using a new email address with each voucher request and entering made- up addresses with real random post codes may take extra time compared to entering real details but the reward has been no cap on vouchers.
