Will it still be okay to eat this?

I'm so sorry to post this but I am a BIG worrier lol!
We bought some Indian ready meals today at Waitrose (family member got admitted to hospital so had to buy something easy in case we're needed up there!) and I'm a bit worried so looking for some advice.
We had to wait a few minutes in Waitrose because they'd ran out of rice in their deal. We were probably there for about 5 minutes. Then obviously we had to pay, and then got in car to drive to in laws and got stuck in traffic. I reckon it took us about 20 minutes or so to get there. So it would have been out of the fridge for a good 30 mins or so.
Popped it in in laws fridge, then left again. Got stuck in MORE traffic due to a car accident and easily took us another 20 mins to get home.
My question is - do you think everything will be safe to eat? My other half believes it will be fine when it's cooked but my worry is that it is already ruined! Any quick advice would be appreciated as will be starting tea relatively soon. Thank you!

You can't get a cup of tea big enough or a book long enough to suit me. ~ C.S. Lewis

It will be fine so please don't worry. Even raw prawns won't spoil in less than an hour in the height of summer0

Thank you so much. I have bad anxiety and food is one of the biggest things I worry about. I really appreciate you responding, there's always a worry people just think I'm daft lol! xxYou can't get a cup of tea big enough or a book long enough to suit me. ~ C.S. Lewis0 -
I'm sure it will be fine, you're probably a bit over cautious today as you've got so much on your mind.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Old style MoneySaving boards.

Are you kidding? Get it eaten or if your near me,I'll come and pick it up.Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0

Haha afraid I'm not kidding and now have it in the oven. We have plenty of onion bhajis and samosas though to share! :O)You can't get a cup of tea big enough or a book long enough to suit me. ~ C.S. Lewis0 -
Ready meals (prepared in store type in takeaway containers as opposed to factory sealed ones which last longer) would fall into the category of high risk foods. The maximum length of time such food should be left unrefrigerated is four hours.
30 minutes is nothing to worry about.0 -

Thank you :O) These ones I THINK were factory sealed ones. I don't see how Waitrose would be able to prepare them on site as they weren't in take-away tub type things :O)You can't get a cup of tea big enough or a book long enough to suit me. ~ C.S. Lewis0 -
If stuff like that weren't safe after so few minutes we'd all continually be mowed down by speeding drivers and speed skaters and fast runners all dashing home to get their chilled meals for one into their fridge soonest

they are normally pre cooked so will be fine and currying is a way of preserving food too0

Otherwise we will assume you were trampled by a stampeding elephant.I'm not that way reclined
Jewelry? Seriously? Sheldon you are the most shallow, self-centered person I have ever met. Do you really think that another transparently-manipu... OH, IT'S A TIARA! A tiara; I have a tiara! Put it on me! Put it on me! Put it on me! Put it on me! Put it on me! Put it on me! Put it on me!0
