Slicethepie payments

I signed up to slicethepie last night to get payed for reviewing songs.

i did a fair few last night, with each review getting between $0.12-0.18, and they were quite short (around 30 words +)

Today i logged on and have done 5 so far, but the payments have been very low - max i have had today is $0.08 and that was around 100 words.

wish i did more last night
has this happened to anyone else?
do they pay more when you first sign up, and then half the amount the next day?

and today the first few songs i was getting 0.13/0.14 per review, then a bit of buffering in 1 song then from then on 0.07 a review....

So it's basically not worth it, if you're only get a few pence for 100 words when you could easily get at least £1 for the equivalent on other freelance sites.

I've been doing this for a while now, I tend to type as the song is playing, I include as much detail as possible ie about the vocals, music, instruments etc and I always make sure I type to fill the whole box, by the time the song is finished so am I and I am currently on 20-30pts per song. If I don't access it for a while my points value falls a little, but the more you do it soon bucks up again.

I like it because it is so simple to do - I do a couple in the morning and a couple in the evening so as not to get bored - plus you can run out of different things to say. They also like positive appraisals - you don't get many points if you trash the songs.:rotfl:
