Hi,
Looked through my credit file couple of weeks ago to find to my horror that i had a CCJ so i emailed the court to get the information which i got a reply today to say it was Arrow global through a solicitor named Bryan Carter.
My problem is i know what it is for but i have been fighting them for nearly 5 years now and when i request details of the debt all they do is sell it on, however this lot have issued a court summons to an old address even after receiving letters and phonecalls to an address i have lived at now for over a year and the judgement has gone through so i need advice on what to do please
I asked them 6 months ago for the credit agreement which they said they did not have and that was where it was left now i have a CCJ which was sent to an old address
Frustrated, please help
Graham

You should look in to having this judgment set aside. Serving to an incorrect address is sufficient reason - add the lack of an agreement and you should have a good case.
It might be worth a read up on the CAG legal issues forum - there are similar stories there.BSC No 248
