Car Craft 4 year NAC warranty/Guaruntee

Guys & girls

4 years ago, the missus brought a car with car craft and after numerous problems, (including them almost selling us the wrong car, sending out the wrong log book & not taxing the vehicle like they promised) we finally thought the problems were over.

How wrong we were.

Apparently, we had been given a "free" 4 year guaruntee with the purchase of the car. Little did we know, this guaruntee was actually thrown into the mix of the hire purchase agreement with black horse and was to a total value of £1,500. (which we only found out a couple of months ago).

After a few months of owning the vehicle, we had a call from NAC saying that the car needed to be serviced, we agreed and said that we will get it done in our own time & financial means. We were informed that, if we didnt get the car serviced with an NAC provider or by them, then we would lose the warranty on the vehicle. We wanted to keep the waranty in tact, but they gave us 24 hours to do so, this just wasnt possible, So the waranty was void.

We werent too dissappointed at first, after all, the guaruntee was free and the company were extremely difficult to deal with anyway.

Since paying off the final installment of the agreement with blackhorse, we notice that there was an insurance payment on the hire purchase agreement contract. I assumed that this was for PPI, which had been mis sold, however i was told by a black horse rep that this was for a waranty/guaruntee.

Both my partner and i never new that we were paying for this waranty, we were told that it was free? So whats going on? I want our money back, we didnt want to pay for any cover on the car because we were told it was free.

Also, since the waranty or guarantee expired when NAC couldnt get money from us, this means we've been paying for something that was miss sold and doesnt exist.

Are we right? Please help us get our money back.

It doesnt stack up.. Didnt you notice how much you paid for the car had just gone up by £1500? You have said yourself its on the agreement but you think its free. So you dont really have a complaint.
