Tottenham cake recipe?

Does anyone have a recipe for Tottenham cake (the one you get in Gregs with pink icing). I really want to have a go at making it!

I think it's just a basic sponge recipe with pink glace icing?

I would just make a basic sponge (6oz each of flour, sugar, butter and 3 eggs) , bake it in a traybake tin then make some glace icing with some pink food colouring and smear it over the top.
