they always say that ;). Either try a different sales assistant or go through the Self Serve tills.

No stores in liverpool have the self service tills :(

  • I don't know if anyone else has had this but I tried to get the £18 worth of skincare and cosmetics from Boots for £4.50 using the 3 for 2 and vouchers and they told me they have had a change of policy and the vouchers could only be used on separate transactions. :(

One of the managers told me the same in the wolverhampton store. I took my things to another till and it went through fine.

ok, try the pharmacy or photography tills then, in my experience they will often happily scan whatever vouchers you give them.

My boots is quite difficult with these vouchers and will not let me use them with the 3 for 2 :( good luck to those who can use them, might email boiots and ask them their policy on this

My local Stafford branch also refused to let me use the 3 for 2 with my vouchers. I think they should adopt a national policy and let you combine the offers.

Hi, the later is right. You need a skincare and makeup item as the two paid items to use a £5 skincare and £3 makeup vouchers in the 3 for 2 offer. Hths!

thank you, must remember to do this, running low, great saving!

The same happened with me. They wouldn't let me use both vouchers in one go.

Thank you so much for this.
I swear the nail polish used to be £7 or is it in my head??
    Hi,
Yes your right the nail varnish used to be £7.00.

I did the foundation match(where they find the correct foundation colour for your skin).
Once we had sorted the correct foundation:-
1st buy-I bought No7 top coat cost £5.5 and recieved the 2 vouchers.
2nd buy-I bought a No 7 nail varnish(£5.50), No 7 foundation(£14.00) and Facial wipes(£7.00) and it cost me £11.00 using the two vouchers and recieved 2 more vouchers. :)

Even the assistant said it was a good deal.

as the No7 hair spritz works as skincare, this will too if you can find it -

    http://www.makeupalley.com/product/showreview.asp/ItemId=152686/No7-shimmering-lip-and-eye-screen-spf30/Boots-/Sunscreen

I can't find it on the Boots site, I don't know if its been discontinued, but I've still got a couple of these from previous NO7 vouchers, and I love them, great for keeping your lips soft. They will be in the suncare aisle.

I can't work this one out! How does it come to £11? Foundation at £14 less £3 voucher =£11, Facial wipes £7 - £5 voucher = £2, Nail varnish free as 342. How did you buy it for £11?
