Vodafone & Ombudsman witholding information

Help !!!!!! We have had an issue with Vodafone for nearly 18 months my husband had an 18 month contract with them!
About 6 month in to the contract he started having problems with the phone freezing mid way through calls...... to cut a very long story short we ended our contract 6 weeks before it was due to end because of the service and to be rid of Vodafone we would have paid the 6 weeks line rental however they have stated that he had a 2 year contract (the original sale was done live through chat) we asked them to supply the 2 year contract that he is supposed to have agreed to !!!!!!!! We are still waiting:mad: .
After several letters back and forth to Vodafone they stated they did not hold that information and that we should take the letter as confirmation of the contract!!!!!!!!!!!!
They then put a default on my husbands credit profile for £106 more than we actually owed (under 18month contract)
We took them to the Ombudsman who stated that Vodafone had supplied them with a "screenshot" of this 2 year contract based their decision against us on this screenshot but have ignored requests to supply a copy of it to us !!!!!????
We know this will be false and want to take this matter further anyone had a similar problem and ideas?????
