I received a royal mail card when I returned home from work on Thursday night and it said I could collect a special delivery from my local post office which opened too late on fri morning and shut too early for me to collect yesterday.
So today I popped down and they said the postman had left the wrong card-it actually was in a sorting office that I easily could have visited before work yesterday-anyhow how elated was I this morning when I got my special delivery and found I had won 2 tickets for van morrison -valid last night!!!!!!!!
:mad:anyone think its worth complaining formally to Royal Mail?
