Does anyone have a problem with airtricity, always using their estimates and not the one you submit to them. We were refunded £150 on our last payment, so they are overcharging us all year. Our readings are always lower, their estimates are higher. Their website doesn't seem to be working to put a question to them.0

Anyone had this problem as above with Airtricity?0

pepper33, I don't have any problem with readings - when I put my reading in they put it up very slightly in the few days until my bill is due. I just tried the link for you to contact customer service and it's not working for me either (if that's any help to you). Everything else on the site is working fine for me.0
